Terms and Conditions

All of our product range will come with a manufacturers warranty of 90-day back to base parts and labour warranty (EXCLUDING LAMPS) Extra Warranty is available.

If any of our products are faulty on delivery, we must be notified within 5 working days, and arrangement for collection will be made.

However, if insurance was not taken out for the delivery of the goods, we will not be liable if the goods arrive damaged.

The warranty will be annulled if the product is deemed damaged from misuse, any repairs will be chargeable at our standard rates.

If for any reason the product (s) purchased failed to meet a customers expectations and are to be returned, this will result in a 10% handling charge clawed back from the refunded amount, payable by the customer.
